Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your candle was broken during shipment or if there is a quality issue, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

If you need to modify or cancel your order, reach out within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already begun processing your candle for shipment.
